Participatory planning is used to design a short, medium and long-term plan in a participatory manner, identifying the needs of each actor and proposing actions or measures to meet those needs. The proposed measures and actions are published, discussed and evaluated by all the participants.

We use to implement this method in several steps :

1 – Framing

2 – Actions proposal

3 – Dialogue

4 – Integration

5 – Analysis

6 – Implementation

Before you begin, we’d like to give you some logistics precisions in the case in which you’d organize a Cooplan session with external actors (who are not following this course).
